Jabber for phone

Hi

We have got VCS and we working with the jabber for the dektop fine.

But now we like to worl with jabber to phones : android and iphone...

Can we do it?

Which app we need to download: jabber voice, jabber cisco ??

Which creidnaitials we need to insert in order that to work?

We don't hve cucm!

You need CUCM for that to work.

Hi Shy,

There is no TelePresence client for those devices - you need to integrate them with CUCM.

Your best bet would be to have a look in the Jabber Clients section of the forums for info rather than here in the TelePresence section.

At least there is a Jabber Video for iPad app which can work with the VCS/TMS deployment

Besides that like the others said you have to look into CUCM/Jabber or some third party sip client.

Some side note, though the idea of mobile video is cool and also the receiving might be ok,

the uplink is crap, just picture a slow edge call to a 65" video system, shaky low res pic.

That remote side might get sea sick ;-)
