Jabber Video

All,

Anyone ever seen this before?  Customer has a bunch of favorites but everything is white, they can click on the boxes and are able to call the people but cannot see.

- Customer deleted their contact XML file and created a new one, same issue

- Customer tried his account on another PC, works fine

- Customer uninstalled & re-installed Jabber v4.5       

I asked him to re-install DirectX and update their video card drivers, anything else?
