Link two telepresences devideces in two different routers

when i make a videocall between two telepresences devices, only i hear audio, i configured the video codec in the gateway but when i see the status of the call in the telepresence device  i do not have  protocol video only g711u in audio.

What parameters i can modify in the router, or my vcs and the call manager?
