login problem with jabber 4.4

Hi Everyone,

We are using VCS starter pack for login jabber video clients from outside using external ip address and able to login successfuly and initiate video call using old movi version 3.1  but when we are using new jabber video version 4.4 ,its shows error in login

version of vcs starter pack is X6.1

version of device provisioning  3.2-1

Do we need to upgrade the device provisioning version in case of jabber video version 4.4

please suggest.

Hi Rashmi,

I'd suggest upgrading the VCS Starter Pack to X7.1 and trying with that - X6.1 is pretty old now.
