Hi,
I have read through the Cisco VCS and Microsoft Lync Deployment Guide for X8.1 and I have a thought which I would like to discuss.
The assumption in the guide is that the VCS and Lync have different domains. And call routing is based on just that, routing calls based on the other domain. In Lync a static route is configured for the VCS domain.
The question is what if the domains are the same?
Kind regards
Maciek

Hi Maciej,
This is same as in previuos deplyoment on lync 2010. for same domain we don't recomend to use static routes, instead you should use findme for that and configure the user accounts on lync.
