MCU 45xx series - API call for MCU status conference detail?

Running firmware 4.4 at a Cisco 4520 MCU. For monitoring call capacity I need API calls that can be found at following webpage:

Status -> Conferences

Especially for conference status. Searched through the API documentation but can't found anything.

So how can this be done via API?

I am not searching for the API documentation, I am searching for corresponding API calls to 'conferences information' page that can be found under status http://mcu.host.name/status_conferences.html . It seems that there is no API call for this information.
