MCU 5310 framerate not constant "30"

Hi,

Env:

- CUCM

- VCS

- MCU

- Tandberg Endpoints

If i make a point to point call i have a clear and constant picture with 30 fps. If we make the same conference via MCU 5310 i have FPS rate between 23-30 and thats a huge experience feeling. :-)

I have set the Conference setting Video Format to NTSC 30 fps.

What could have an impact of the FPS rate ?

Hi Thorsten,

Are you able to give us some more details such as the call stats on the difference between the two calls - ie, The Protocol, Resolution, Frame Rate, Channel Rate, Call Rate, etc so we can get an idea on the differences?

Would also be good to know if there is any bandwidth limitations defined anywhere (eg, on your VCS-Control or MCU) that might be limiting what is possble?
