MCU MSE 8510 Remote Management API participant.fecc not working?

Hi,

I am using the Cisco TelePresence MCU Remote Management API to access MCU MSE 8510 and am attempting to do a "participant.fecc" call.

I am sending all the correct fields to the API but it does not control the camera. Has anyone had luck controlling the FECCs via the API?

Are there any areas I should look into that may be blocking this or is the API possibly not functioning?

Did not try to do FECC via the API.

Is Fecc enabeled for this conference and participant? The endpoint and the used

call protocol and infrastructure in between able to handle it?

Did you test that you can control the endpoint via the webinterface of the MCU?

If that fails try to figure out first why.

Thanks Martin, it ended up being some settings on the MCU (endpoints) that where not set correctly.

All working now.
