i need to know what is the part number of the microphone for CTS-P42C40-K9 (TP profile 42) ?

The microphone is CTS-MIC-OMNIDIR=, however it is EOS and no longer being sold: eos-eol-notice-c51-733467, Cisco doesn't have a replacement item for it. You could use a third-party microphone, which we do with all of our C40s.

The CTS-MIC-OMNIDIR= is a re-branded audio-technica U841A microphone. You should still be able to get these, just not from Cisco.
