We would like to collect the call history and duration of the movi client.
Using the User CDR report function, the tms report total duration and count within certain period of time. Anyone knows how to collect a more detailed report that included the call information per call.
However, we are failed to search the call detail report that is over 3 months. Is it possible to keep call detail report for a longer period of time?
On top of what Jens has said, make sure the VCS that the Jabber Video (Movi) clients are calling through are managed by TMS, as if I recall the CDR data comes from the VCS since the Jabber Video client doesn't report CDR data itself.
