Multiple TMS with a single TMSXE

Hello,

Is it possible to schedule meetings with endpoints from other TMS servers? I have TMSXE with WET and productivity tools. Is it possible to schedule multiple devices that are on different TMSs from outlook and use a conference bridge from the TMS which the user is scheduling is setup.

Thanks in advance!

No, TMSXE is intended to be pointed at a single TMS installation.

To schedule in a B2B type scenario, you would need to create such bookings in TMS's web interface where you have more scheduling options.

In a B2B type scenario, is there a way to link TMSs together so that when the user goes to the Scheduler, they get a list of all the video endpoints?

Not at this time (although

Not at this time (although B2B TMS would help me allot :) ).

You might be able to setup "dummy" rooms on one Exchange that forwarded the email booking to a corresponding address on the other Exchange, then into TMS.  You would still only be able to schedule meetings on one TMS though and have the other organisation's endpoints added as rooms only.  It also wouldn't allow you to schedule conferences on the other organisation's MCU.

We run a similar setup (multiple organisations, multiple TMS instances).  We have to check the scheduling manually to avoid double bookings.

Not explicitly.  Through

Not explicitly.  Through phonebooks or dummy entries you can make it so people can find the numbers and schedule calls to dial out to the  'other' installations... but you can not see the availability of those systems or block their availability, etc.
