Hello Everyone,

Anybody has information about how install Licenses Multisite L-C90-MS, LIC-MX300-MS and LIC-SX20-MS?  These ones are directly installed in the codec? how is the procedure?

Thanks a lot!!

Mario,

These are option keys that you will add directly to the codec. Just go to Maintenance>Upgrade and paste the option key into the option key field. This usually requires a reboot when done.

It depends on how you receive your licence key.

Usually, they come as a PAK - you need to register this on the Cisco Licencing Portal and assign the PAK to a specific endpoint.  From this, you will then get the Licence Key (1M003-1-XXXXXXXX).

This Licence Key you can enter in to your endpoint - On the Web Interface, Go to Maintenance > Software Upgrade and put the key in the "Option Key" field and click the "Add" button.

You can also do it from the Command Line Interface with the xcommand SystemUnit OptionKey Add Key: command.
