Multisite Option Release Key for Tandberg Products

How can an end user look up their multisite option release keys for their Tandberg Products?

Jackie,

• You need to go to http://www.cisco.com/go/license
• Click on Get Existing.
• From the drop down select Tandberg License.
• Provide the serial number of device and
• Provide the email address where you would like to receive the license keys
• Done !!

They tried that, but they said the site is only giving them the software release key.  They are looking for the miltisite option key.

It is possible that the original unit was RMAed and the license & option keys were not transferred to the new serial number. If that's the case, Go to the same page.

Select Transfer.

From the drop down choose RMA.

Follow the instructions step by step. You will need the original serial, new RMAed serial, RMA number to get the licenses transferred.
