I'm having a hard time finding useful information, so I'm hoping someone can help. I have a customer who wants to deploy MX300 and MX200 endpoints in several locations, primarily for internal video conferencing.They are using a hosted vPBX, not CUCM. I have been told to look into Spark, but I haven't seen mention of anyone using that for telepresence. I have no experience with the MX series or really with Cisco collaboration/telepresence at all. I just need a place to start. Besides the endpoints themselves, what is required? I assume a boatload of licensing and maybe subscription fees? Are there any good deployment guides or other resources I can look at?
