MX300 won't focus/autofocus

Hello

MX300 selfview no focus/autofocus.

I have accessed the GUI and verified focus mode is set to auto.

The Touchscreen Camera controls do not have an autofocuse field.

I tried a presentation and when the smaller version of selfview came up, the focus looked ok!?

The MX300 S/W verion is TC5.1.6.298375

TOUCHSCREEN VERSION: TT3.1.6.298375

Hi Steve,

Running into few focus issues on my mx300 as well.
The issue is fixed now still monitoring

Yes there is no auto focus option on the touch pad
Check on web interface for camera frequency makebit to 30hz if already change it to 60 and then back to 30

Upgrade software version to the latest.
Tc 6.2

I tried on my device it fixes the issue

On the web gui you make encounter un zoomed image may look good however if you zoom it it will go blurred and stays like that.
