No video over SIP trunk from CUCM 10 to VCS 8.1, video on CUCM or VCS is working fine.

VCS E/C 8.1

CUCM 10.0

SIP trunk (non-secure) from CUCM to VCS

Using DX650s/EX90s/C90 on CUCM side and EX90/C90/MX on VCS side

VCS to VCS video works great

CUCM to CUCM video works great

VCS to CUCM and CUCM to VCS calling is working just fine and SIP trunk reports all is okay, but the calls between CUCM and VCS are audio only.

 

I just started from scratch a followed the 8.1 expressway guide, 8.1/9.1 CUCM integration guide.

Will you be able to post the SIP messages from VCS/CUCM? Please make sure there are no software MTPs being invoked with every call.

I figured it out.  On the SIP

I figured it out.  On the SIP trunk, i had accidentally checked: Media Termination Point Required, which needs to be CLEARED, not CHECKED.  As soon as I did that I had video again.
