Non-traversal license usage question

Hi everybody! Wanted to ask a little question. If endpoint is making a call to another endpoint(over WAN) and each of them is registered to VCS on their sides then whether it gonna use non-traversal license of both VCSs or only one of them?

If both are registered in different VCS, and making calls over the WAN (I understand that both are  VCS Expressway correct?), each will use a traversal license. 

All communication VCS-c to VCS-e is a traversa call.

In my case both of them are VCS-C. Let me explain better, for example endpoint in our office makes a call to videoconference hosted in other office. Will it use non-traversal license of each VCS-C on its way or only of those which is hosting conference?

Each call from and endpoint going in and out of the VCS will take 1 call license.  What determine the type of license, be it Non-traversal or Traversal is below (taken from the help guide).

VCS traversal calls: these are standard VCS video or audio calls, including business-to-business calls, B2BUA calls (for media encryption or ICE), and interworked or gatewayed calls to third-party solutions where the VCS takes both the call signaling and the call media. Each call consumes a traversal call license.

VCS non-traversal calls: these are standard VCS video or audio calls where the signaling passes through the VCS but the media goes directly between the endpoints, or between an endpoint and another system in the call route. Each call consumes a non-traversal call license. Note that Lync B2BUA calls are classified as non-traversal calls (even though the media does traverse the VCS).
