Outbound calls are not connecting to the VCSE(from cisco endpoints)

Hello Team,

Using single interface deployment of VCS-C and VCS-E ,
Outbound calls are not connecting to the VCSE(from cisco endpoints),but if we are using polycom endpoints calls landing successfully.
VCSE having static Nat ip Address.

I have no idea as to why

I have no idea as to why calls from Polycom endpoints works.....however, you must have dual-nic option key installed on the VCS-E when using NAT. This has been explained and documented time after time in this forum.

In addiitonal to what Jens

In addiitonal to what Jens says, if you want to use the single interface on the VCS-E, you will have to have a public IP address assigned and routed directly to the the VCS-E. The VCS-C can be NAT'ed.
