We have an issue with multipoint TP calls. When placing Point to Point calls with other sites the call is completed at 1080P resolution, when conducting a multipoint call with the same sites the quality is reduced to 720P. I am trying to figure out what the cause is for the downgrade in resolution on multipoint calls. All codecs are set the same, for 1080P Best, but yet on multipoint calls the call is connected at 720P Good resolution.
are these Multipoint calls handled via CTS-Manager or do the endpoints dialin to a static meeting number?
Did you check the quality/ resolution Settings for the static Numbers?
As you made sure, all Endpoints are set to 1080p check the CTMS Config.
