Pairing CTS-CTRL-DVC8 to C90 codec with TCNC5.1.2

Hi All,

I have an issue pairing the touch controler to a C90 codec with TCNC5.1.2 (no enc.).

When it starts to pair with the C90, it asks for username and password, but with the normal "admin", it couln't connect.

Can you please advice what username password should I try to connect?

I would like to note that the C90 codec is after a factory reset.

Hi Krisztian,

the default usernam and password for tandberg endpoint is

Username: admin

password: TANDBERG

did you tried above credentials ?
