Password Recovery on TCS 5.2

Hi,

Does someone have a password recovery procedure for the new TCS HW running version 5.2?

It arrived with an unknow password and restoring to factory defaults don`t change the password.

Yes, with Administrator user.

And many other combinations too (using Cisco, Tandberg, etc with and without capitals)

Maybe someone changed from default before the delivery, becasue on the Quick start Guide say that the password will be prompted on the serial interface on first install.

The password is the serial number of the tcs.

Sorry, s/n neither.

I opened a SR on Cisco TAC to sent us a procedure and file for password recovery.

Procedure Sent, problem solved. Cisco generates a file to use in a usb stick that allow a command to reset the password.
