PIN conference Auto Dial disconnection issue

Hi,

I have configured 8710 to be remotely managed by conductor which has sip trunk to CUCM.

One of the conference configured on the system has PIN and auto dial participant.

Auto Dial participant is set to 'NO' for 'Keep conference alive' option.

When the first participant dial into the conference, auto-dial participant is dialled as expected.

Conference ask for the PIN to the first participant.

1) If the participant provides the correct PIN, he joins the conference. When this participant disconnects, auto-dial participant is disconnected as expected.

2) If the participant provides incorrect PIN or does not provide the PIN and disconnect the call without providing correct PIN and no other user dials into the conference then the auto-dialed participant does not get disconnected.

Is there any other automated way to  disconnect auto-dialed participant if no one is on the conference {note: i have already configured 'No' for 'Keep conference alive' option for Auto dial participant}?

Hi All,

we were able to fix the issue with upgrade to TPS 3.1 version. Originally customer was using TPS 3.0 (2.48).

filed a new bug for TPS 3.0 CSCuj93161
