It is possible to make a call from a SX20 CUCM registered to an HDX8000 Polycom that is directly connected to Internet?

It is not possible to do it unless you have Expressway C/E.

Hey George,

We don't use CUCM so I don't know how the SX20 operates when registered to it, but obviously the SX20 is a dual stack (SIP and H.323) device. It will register to CUCM using SIP, however, it is possible to use the H.323 feature for other operations such as direct calling, or is this something that is disabled when you register the device to CUCM?
