Integration with polycom cma, cma is saturating the requests to vcs, ANY solution?

cma is sending the call attempts every few milliseconds, before long, the cma shippingmore than 8 million attempts, and this saturate the DB............

I think that's a question which would more likely be answered by Polycom, I haven't heard about this type of issue with the CMA before.

the fault is not that tms db sample call records, because most of 14000000 record calls,and an endpoint of cma, desktop, recording more than 8000000, and died db .... integrated polycom is another saying that is not their problem ....
