Problems with video on ISDN calls to Polycom VSX 8000

We have been having problems with no video being seen on the far end when calling over ISDN to one particular site (H.323 - ISDN GW - ISDN GW - H.323).

We are calling them from an MXP6000 (sw vers F.9.3.1) through our Codian ISDN GW 3241 (sw vers 2.0(1.35)P). Call set-up is through our Tandberg VCS vers X.7.2.2.

Far end is a Polycom RMX4000 Gateway, connecting via H.323 to a Polycom VSX8000.  They report that our call is indicated as a video participant, but they see no video from our end.

We had made successful test calls previously after restricting the audio codec in the dial plan to that number to G.711. Since the test calls, we've upgraded our VCS to the current software load, but nothing else has changed.

Are there any known issues that might be causing this?

Hi Mike

Could you provide the software versions that the RMX4000 and VSX8000 are on.

Also if you dial into a meeting room on the RMX instead of to the VSX8000 from the 6000mxp do they still not see your video?
