We have Profile's running TC6 software registering to a CUCM running 8.6. When they dial to an 8710 v2.2(1.54) via the CUCM's SIP trunk to a Cisco SBC v15.1, they do not negotiate a content channel. When sending or receiving content, it is embedded in the video channel with the people video. Anyone have an idea as to what is wrong, misconfigured or is the content channel not supported when connected in this manner?
