Question on TC Console

Dear Expert

Want to double confirm is TC Console only work on C40, C60 And C90?

I have a SX 20 with TC6.1.2 and TC Console 6.1

When I try to connect to SX20 with TC Console, TC Console said SX 20 is not supported.

Please advise.

Hi Taung Chan,

TC codec is for intigrator codec C 40 , C 60 and C 90 . It will not work with C 20 , SX 20 .

Hi,

In addition to what Dharmmesh stated, be aware that, for C40, you can only edit the audio Console, you cannot create custom video layout families for C40, only for C60 and C90.
