Recording Inconsistencies with WebEx Enabled TelePresence

Hello,

When holding a WebExTP meeting and recording it from WebEx, I have noticed a few issues with the output.  If you stream the recording from the WebEx site has video, presentation, and audio.  However, if you download the file it only has the presentation and audio.  I have looked at every possible setting on the WebEx site and can't find anything.  Any help with this is much appreciated.

I recommend you to move this post to Telepresence community to get the TP experts to provide you with answers. This community is for Cisco WebEx Meetings Server and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace, and is not observed by experts in WebExTP, so you probably won't be able to get an answer here.
