Regarding the 4X camera issue…

Can you provide me a link to a bulletin of some kind that I could forward to our customers advising them to make sure they upgrade to TC5.1.2 BEFORE their 4X cameras goes defect? Do I have CISCO’s authorization to do so?

Thank you... Unfortunatly, it isn't quite what I am looking for. To me, this is a technical bulletin reserved for technician who know what they are doing. What I'm looking for is a document that I can send my customers to advise them to upgrade their systems to TC5.1.2 because of a known issue with the CISCO 4x Camera. If I send them this document, it will just get them confused....
