remote control and speaker track 60 is not working on c60

Dear team,

We have facing issue for using remote control after
the installation of speaker track 60.remote working fine on another
telepresence equipment and the speaker track 60 is also not on voice
also.kindly please resolve the issue as soon as possiable

Hi,

Do you have the tocuh panel connected? If yes, disconnect it and try to use the remote control. Otherwise I would recommend opening a TAC case, this might end in RMA, not sure, but might be.
