Hi,
We have a strange problem with the remote control using videoconference :
If you use this remote control to the camera (with long wave position) there is no response but if you don’t target the camera it’s working very well. I try with short wave position, It's better but we must to be in less 1 meter from the videoconference and it's not a good solution for me.
It's a Cisco Telepresence SX20
Software version : TC7.3.3c84180
