Scheduling when integrating WebEx w/ TelePresence

Hello - existing customer has a full, international TelePresence deployment, and a pretty solid, well-understood user experience. They've spent a lot of time standardizing the video experience across their deployment, so that there's very little support required for users in video rooms. We're going to be enabling WebEx-enabled TP for them in the next couple months, and they had a few concerns/questions.

Specifically, after the integration, what (if anything) will change regarding the user experience, scheduling, etc.?  An example would be that they currently get e-mail invitations when scheduling meetings through TMS. How does this work w/ the WebEx integration? 

I know this is fairly broad, but any starting point would help - thank you.
