SIP with EX60

Hi guys,

I hope you are fine, i have EX60 telepresence and I want to connect it with SIP, before i was registered correctly with CUCM 9 but when I configured the SIP setting inside EX60 i lost the registration in CUCM with EX60 and I can make call with video through SIP. But I lost the registration with CUCM. 

can some one help me about this problem, I need to set up the SIP at the same time I don't want to lose the registration with CUCM.
