Spark room kit plus Audo Problem

Hi Dear
I have problem with spark kit plus that is registered CUCM ver 10.5.2

We can hear spark device from remote office but they can not hear us

i can see incoming audi and video on the device web guide what we need to do check ?

Does  spark room kit plus have embedded speaker ?

Does speaker work wireless connection ?

Do i need to configure additional settings for it ?

Software ver: ce-9.2.1-360d0bf-2017-11-10

to your questions, the Spark Room Kit Plus codec does not have an embedded speaker. If you purchased it with the Quad Camera unit (which it's generally bundled with), that unit does have high quality speakers in it. It is a wired connection to the codec, not wireless. 

They can't hear you - do you have at least one microphone plugged into the codec? The SRK+ does not have built in microphones like the SRK, SX10, etc. You need at least one external microphone. Note that these are not included, they are optional.
