SX 20 reboots while attending call

Our SX-20 running tc5.1.4 reeboots automatically, every time we try to attend the call.

No improvement with Factory reset and re-imaging.

Should this be a hardware issue or any known software bug....?

Hi rameez,

Please check date/time  for the system if it is showing year 19xx then change to curent date .

You can check system date by : "xcommand SystemUnit DateTime get"

To change date :

xCommand SystemUnit DateTime Set

    Year: <2008..2037>

    Month: <1..12>

    Day: <1..31>

    Hour: <0..23>

    Minute: <0..59>

    Second: <0..59>

example :

xcommand SystemUnit DateTime Set year:2012 month:08 day:24 hour:06 minute:32
