Can any body tell tell me the what problem is showing in logs,
I have faced no incoming video during the call and i need to solve it.

You can find some information on this sort of error in this thread: Call dropping.
In short, the issue is usually packet loss due to insufficient bandwidth, or a firewall issue,
I've also moved your discussion from the Video over IP section to the TelePresence section where these devices are more actively discussed.
