SX20 - Cannot run initial setup

I have an SX20 I am trying to setup for a new conference room coming online in the next couple of weeks. When I fire up the Codec it seems to "freeze," and I can not even get basic information input like password and IP Address. Any ideas how to get around this problem?

Can you give us some more

Can you give us some more information on what is happening?  What are you trying to do the "input" with (remote/touch)?  What appears on the screen when it's "frozen"?  Is the device accessible over the network (ping, http, ssh)?  Checked the batteries in the remote?

Failing all of that, you could try a factory reset too.
