SX20 phonebook question

Hi,

I am unable to call one of my SX20 via phonebook.

When I make a new call and select from phonebook the right device -> I get error message "cannot connect".

But when I call to the same device entering just device IP-address -> call success!

There is no firewall. There is many SX20 in my network and this is first time when phonebook does not work with this one SX20.

All other SX20 are working fine and there is no problem with phonebook.

Seems that some setting is missing, but what...? Thanks for help.

If you could tell us a bit more about your deployment.

Is TMS used for the phonebooks or do you just reference to a locally stored favorite?

How are the sx20s connected, is a call controll like VCS or CUCM used?
