We had a some issues with TC6.2.0 (and earlier TC6.x releases) with no audio or no video when connecting to certain devices. These were fixed in TC6.2.1 (they were related to bug CSCui47228, but not specifically with an MCU from our perspective). TC6.2.1 also fixed our issue with multiple 720P cameras on a codec (CSCui64189). If you're wary about the upgrade for whatever reason, just do one of your non-critical devices and test to see how it works for you before doing the rest.
TC6.3.0 is now out - that could also be worth a try.
