SX20 Video Call Issue

Hi All,

Need your valuable suggestion/ advice for the below mentioned issue.

We are unable to make any video conferencing calls outside the country where possible locally in a newly installed SX20 Telepresence ( Upgraded recently replacing one Cisco/Tandeberg 6000 MXP unit) using an ISDN connectivity via a PRI link connected with a Siemens HiPath 4000 Ver 4 Rel 4.1 Telephone System.

is your PRI is video enabled ? check with the provider for that

other thing, is audio call working ?
