I have an SX20 that periodically experiences video failures. During calls remote locations that are viewing video from the SX20 will see either a partial or full green screen. This lasts for about a second each time and happens periodically. What also has happened is that the remote sites will see no video at all from the SX20. They can hear audio but see no video. On the local, SX20, side video and audio of the remotes is heard and seen and selfview is seen. Latley what has also been happening is that while in a call the SX20 will disconnect without any user action. There is also a telepresence touch 8 connected to the unit that would seem to loose pairing with the SX20 about once a week and need to be repaired. The SX20 shipped with TC6.1 and was recently updated to TC7.0.2 with the hopes that these issues would be resolved. There hasn't been an issue with the touch panel since the upgrade but the video issues and call disconnects remain. Does this sound like a hardware issue? I have a couple SX20 units and this is the only one having these issues.
If it were me in that position and I have a few devices to call upon, I would swap soem items around to see if the issue is enviromental or it it travels with the CODEC. I suspect it will be the latter and so the next step would be to run a factory reset.
