Good, day we have a 6000 mxp profile, and we'd like to know why does it lower the sound volume by itself, could it be caused by the natur audio module ? or is it any other config settings ?

Hi Mario,
Please let me know you are facing this issue, while in call, I think you are facing this issue in multisite call
specifically when you initiate call from 6000 MXP.
Please let me know what's software version you are using.
