Our Tandberg C60 was set up a long time ago. No one knows the menu password. I saw numerous articles of how to reset it back to factory defaults using an RS232 serial connection. I set it up and connected via Putty. I was able to see output on the screen but was unable to break the boot or to enter in any commands at all. Any suggestions on that? I believe if I can enter in those commands I will be successful in resetting it back to factory default passwords and settings.
