If its just a matter of resetting the password you can reset the admin password with the remote control. Control Panel --> Security. You can default the settings from the "installation" via Control Panel (View defaults -> Reset Defaults) but I am not sure this qualifies as a "factory reset". If you connect to the unit via the serial cable, or ssh/telnet, you can use the "defvalues" command: ie "defvalues set all" - please bear in mind that this will erase any option keys installed on the device so you may wish to take note of these first before doing so. You could also try a "defvalues set factory" - this will also erase the eeprom and format the flash-disk.
