tandberg edge 95pxm no Picture

Dear loyal Cisco members,

we got a big Problem in our Company, we dont get any Picture/Video from the opposite but if i call someone in our Company (me using Tandberg, he using Polycom Software for PC) everything works fine.

2 days ago i tried to "repair" it and looked a bit in the configurations after a few hours it worked, but yesterday i called someone and again no Picture/Video and i changed nothing.
Now i tried everything Factory resets, changing IP and so on but still it doesn´t work.

Maby you guys need to know that the connection to the opposite is fine, he can connect but he dont receive anything.

Hoping for help.

Hi there,

 

I have the same issue as you're having with the Tandberg Egde 950 that has been sitting idle for 4 years. I was wondering if you got it sorted and how you did it. Any help would be appreciated as it has no service contract and I cant get any other info.
