TC5.1.11 Software for C series

I noted that version 5.1.11 was released for C series codecs. We are at version 7.1.1. Not understanding the discrepancies in version numbers. What am I missing?

Hey Rick,

We are still releasing maintenance releases of the 5.1.x TC software. This was the release for 5.1.x containing the heartbleed fix.

The newest version of software is indeed 7.1.1 which contains the latest features.

Some customers require their systems to run on specific versions of software and so this is why we still release maintenance fixes for 5.1.x. I hope that clears things up for you.
