TCS: I can´t play the recording from web interface

I have record the conference from Cisco TCS, but i can´t not play this recording from link and web interface.

any idea?

Guess the most likely reasons are:

* local issues: OS, browser, plugins, mediaplayer, ...

* network issues: firewall, ALG,...

* configuration issues tcs

without you telling anything about your setup/versions/... its like fishing in the dark.
