TCS integration with TMS for scheduled calls


Integrated TCS with TMS per the procedure:

Cisco TelePresence Content Server Release 5.2 Administration and User Guide

September 2011

1) The api-admin account is used to integrate with TMS, must we use the api-admin account or can we use another account?

2) Also, we have the TCS server ldap integrated and the api-admin account is not currently an AD account, must we add the api-admin account to AD?

3) It looks like we can not user a specific person recording alias for scheduled calls via TMS, rather we must use a general purpose recording alias for scheduled calls via TMS?

4) With the TMS Alias set with api-admin account, a test call to that TMS Alias resuls in a recording in Show n Share with an owner of superuser.

Please advise of the best way to handle recording scheduled calls via TMS, best recording alias setup etc...
