TCS Live Streamimg to Youtube

Hi everyone,

My customer has the requirement to streaming live video from TCS to their members (100,000 up members).

Those members mostly are connecting from the internet/3g, so I'm thinking about youtube integration.

I'm also considering about integrating with wowza server but in this case the customer must prepare very huge BW in their main site

which is not practical.

Anyone could suggest about the solution please?

Regards,

Tinnakorn

Not aware that the TCS

Not aware that the TCS supports direct streaming, maybe the Cisco MXE platform, but do not know it for now.

What I would consider do is to use a Codec like a C40, use a HDMI capturing hardware

(like blackmagic) which works together with a youtube compatible streaming software (like wirecast).

Depending on the resolution / quality demand, if multiple resolutions are needed you might

also some bandwidth to the youtube server, but sure thats less than 100.000 streams to your own server ;-)
