TCS Server Viewer roll trouble

Hi

Actually we are operating  a TCS 6.0  Server and we try to creating the web access por a roll VIEWER but we have the follow troubles:

We follow the instruction or installation guide but the firts part then of Configuration>Windows Server doesn´t appear

and don´t know how to put the username and password of correctly form.

we modify the folow parameters:

someone knows what happen

That guide you are referring to is for the older version of TCS where the TCS portal pages had a page for a Remote Desktop Connection to the TCS server. Please refer to the 6.0 admin guide for assistance:

Hi Zachary

we make:

firts create the user

then associate the user on interface web UI

we deselect the icon Allowed guess access

and the final user is WIN-C6M3UEG8G5U\Videoconferencia and roll is viewer

then we reload the server

and the access is correctly with roll VIEWER
